We collect only what we need to assess your case and build your programme. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with any marketing party. You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time.

Identity and contact data: name, date of birth, sex, country and city, WhatsApp number, email address, time zone, and preferred language.
Athletic data: sport and discipline, federation or club, competitive level and ranking, competitive record, season calendar, training load, performance test results, and wearable device data.
Sensitive health data: height, weight and body composition, injuries and surgeries, chronic conditions, medications and supplements, sleep and nutrition patterns, laboratory results, and female athlete health data where you choose to share it.
Anti-doping data: your status in testing programmes, and any valid Therapeutic Use Exemptions.
Technical data: basic site usage data for operations and security.
We do not use your health data for any marketing purpose, we do not build advertising on it, and we do not use it in our public content without separate written consent from you.
We process your data on the basis of the explicit consent you give when submitting the form, and on the necessity of performing the contract between us after your enrollment. You may withdraw consent at any time, which ends the service, as it cannot be delivered without data.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers. Sharing is limited to what is necessary to operate the service:
Data may be stored or processed on servers outside your country. We work with providers who commit to recognised protection standards.
We respond to any request within 30 days. We may ask for proof of identity before acting, for your own protection.
The site is protected by transport encryption, and access to athlete files is limited to those who need it to do their work. No system is entirely secure, and we commit to informing you without undue delay of any breach affecting your data.
The service is strictly for those aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below this age, and if an applicant is found to be a minor the application is rejected and their data deleted immediately.
The site uses essential cookies for operation. Your answers in the intake form are stored in your own browser to avoid losing them, and are not sent to us before you press submit. You can clear them from your browser settings.
This policy may be updated when the service or regulatory requirements change, and the last updated date at the top of this page is revised accordingly. Material changes are communicated directly to active subscribers.
